With years of hands-on field experience — diagnosing everything from residential mini-splits to commercial rooftop units — Jimmy leads every major install and sets the technical standard for the crew.
His rule: "If I wouldn't be comfortable explaining this charge to my neighbor, we're not putting it on the invoice." That philosophy is baked into how every job at Good Times HVAC gets done.
Austin runs the day-to-day operations of Good Times HVAC — scheduling, dispatch, customer follow-up, and making sure every job closes clean. If you've had an issue with a recent visit, Austin is your first call and the one who makes it right.
